WWII US Army Presidential Unit Citation with Oak Leaf Cluster Theater Made WW2

Here is a rare,
World War II US Army Presidential Unit Citation
.  The
Theater Made PUC
has a bronze
Oak Leaf Cluster
for a second award.  It represents
blue embroidery
within
gold bullion frame
.  It was removed from a uniform.  It came with a set of two War ribbons that were also theater
made circa the Korean War
.  The
PUC and OLC
were
most likely earned
in
World War II
based on the ribbons which are listed separately along with a Republic of Korea PUC.  It is at least 69 years old in about fair condition.
