    This is a Dwell Tachometer from Sears, model 28-2177.  I think this is from the 80s or 90s.  It at least looks rather old.  It is for conventional 12 volt ignition systems, and comes as shown, with meter, instructions, and original retail box. Everything shows considerable wear from age and normal use.  See pictures for details.
