    These earrings are very nice.  Keep in mind when looking at the pictures
    and reading the detailed description below that paua shells are each unique
    and a perfect matched pair for earrings is hard to do.  The plus side is because
    they are earrings they are not right next to eachother as stones are in a ring.
    Therefore, they do look beautiful when they are worn.
    This style hook is nice and long and it is lightweight and elegant.  The hook does
    not take away from the main stone and adds length to the overall earring without
    adding weight to make them heavy on your ears.  Love these hooks.  They are comfortable
    and versatile.  You can remove these bezel set paua shells and slip another hoop type of
    setting on.  They offer flexibility since they are interchangeable!
