Right up front, I’m not a building professional. But as an amateur home owner, I really like this ladder. It seems built like a tank, but is easy to move around. Folds and unfolds with little effort. But more important than anything else, I felt very secure and steady when I was on it. So far I’ve only used this indoors.

I love this ladder. I own a window treatment business and use this ladder to install drapery. I'm a short chick, 5'2", and this ladder still allows me to comfortably reach the necessary height above most windows. I love the platform; it allows me to stand and maneuver in any direction while on it and the guard rail makes me feel sturdy and safe. It has a nice little tray on the guard rail with a magnet that comes in handy, too. This is a big ladder for it's size - it's wider and longer than most 9' reach step ladders - it fits in my small SUV, but barely. It is relatively light though, so at least there is that. I do wish it had more for tool storage at the top, but it still has more than most ladders, so may invest in an attachable bucket or something. High quality and would definitely recommend if you're regularly working at this height.

This ladder is perfect! Allows me to get high enough to reach gutters, tree branches, etc. that I could not reach before with a standard step ladder. Also, it is much safer with the platform to stand on, instead of the top step of regular ladders. Very stable, but does take two people to move it around. I love it!

Since I purchased this ladder not only have I used it but a professional handyman and a friend have used it and both said it was a really good ladder and they liked it. The handyman especially liked the podium because it gave him a place to put his power drill and he did not have to climb up and down to change between drill and screw driver. The reason I selected this ladder is because I DO NOT LIKE HEIGHTS and I thought this ladder looked safe and the podium would make me feel more secure. The result is I still don't like heights but I DO FEEL SECURE going up and down this ladder and can move around when standing on the podium. I can also lift and move it around on my own without difficulty because it is not too heavy. So for this 66 year old female it was a great purchase for use in my new house with high ceilings because most of the time I am my own handyman.

We purchased this ladder for changing light bulbs in our foyer chandelier and for reaching cobwebs, etc. in our cathedral ceiling rooms. This ladder was the perfect height for these tasks. It felt very sturdy and the platform made it feel even safer. I would recommend this ladder for these indoor tasks. (Or should the need arise for you to cut down a championship basketball net! :) )The only con is that with any ladder this size it is difficult to store. Right now we have it laying on its side up against a wall in the garage. My husband could easily lift the ladder by himself but in order to maneuver it inside our house I helped him with it. I was surprised by how easy it was for the two of us to carry together. Also, not really a "con" but something to think about. Any ladder of this height is going to require a lot of floor room to open in order to stand safely. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Don't just look at height but also consider the width of the ladder when fully open to make sure you can use this ladder in your space.

This ladder is sturdy and very helpful! This is the 16ft ladder and absolutely gets me to the chandelier and my double story entryway window. It definitely requires two people maneuver it and get it set up as it is very heavy and of course long. Once open it is very secure and safe.

The ladder fully meets my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how stable the ladder feels, even when on the podium. The only aspect of the ladder I would want changed is the height of the guard rail on the podium; it feels as if it is designed for a man of medium height. I am 6'2" and it feels a little low, hitting me below my hips and making work on the platform feel a bit insecure. I would prefer the guard rail to be about 6" higher. Other than that, though, I am quite happy with the ladder.

The ladder paid for itself day one. It’s a heavy brute, but manageable if you plan the take down. I also like that they included the mounts for the work bucket that attaches to all my Wener ladders. I can also get on top of my house roof using this ladder, so may not need both an extension ladder and this A Frame.

Very stable. Perfect to reach my Velux Roof Window in grand room to replace it and get trim installed. Will use it to install direct screening on back porch from walk out as reach there is nearly perfect rather than set up scaffold that is difficult to move. Neighbor used it to reach all of his open foyer for painting. Only issue is it really takes two to set up and move as it's 12' overall and 10' to platform and just a bit too heavy for me to handle on my own. I store on ladder hooks on lower level shop wall. For the money it's worth it as a time saver and for me it already paid for itself!

The ladder is nice; the problem is it is too BIG. It does not compare to a 10' step ladder. It is as big and as heavy as a 12' step ladder. It is really too big for me to handel. If these were in stock in the store I would have been able to see how big and heavy it is and i would have bought the 12' reach ladder that you compare to a 8' step ladder. I wish I could return the ladder and get a smaller one.
