You will not be able to dissemble the speed control switch so tell me if you plan to change it.
Motor
programming
+ spindle speeds and Reverse:
The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user.
Between 300 and 4,000 RPM's.
The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
Speed control
programming
only requires a few easy steps.
Reverse is simple, just hold the yellow button for a few seconds.
Programming
includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below).
Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM.
(Below 300 is not
recommended)

Highest speed: 4,000 RPM
.
(above 3,500 not recommended).
Soft start is programmable and will be set as soft as possible when you receive this motor. This program is very effective in reducing drive belt wear etc.
Braking strength is also programmable and will be set as low as possible. Personally I wish I could set it lower.
Self
diagnostics
with fault code chart.
Safe turn on system where the speed control knob must be in the full counter clockwise (stop) position when turned on. When turned on the self
diagnostic
system checks for faults and will not allow the motor to turn on until the speed control knob is turned all the way to stop first.

Servo Motor (in stock): I will exchange a defective servo motor for up to 60 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.
Computer control unit (in stock): I will exchange a defective control unit for up to 30 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.
Claims about a fully operational system making minor noises are not warranty, they are normal. Especially when running at speeds over 2,000 RPM
After warranty support:
There is nothing worse then having an expensive item break 2 days after the warranty expires. Please contact me because as long as there is no abuse, I will offer a solution. This often includes free parts + installation. Just pay shipping both ways. I will also provide the same service to repair your system for up to a year. Just return it with an honest answer as to why it failed, to include things like I jammed it and smoked it. I will fix it for you at my cost for parts. Yes, I keep control boards and all parts in stock for this reason. Just contact me with the contact information found on your receipt and we will have you up and running within days, not 6 months waiting for parts from China.
